2. Scope

These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the English, Spanish, German and Arabic versions of nastasiarose.com (the "Website"). Orders placed on the Russian version of the Website are governed by the public offer published in Russian.

3. Products

We sell two books by Nastasia Rose: "The Perfect Nanny" and "The Perfect Housekeeper". They are available in the following formats:

The description, language edition, format and price of each book are shown on its product page.

4. How a contract is concluded

4.1. To place an order, choose a book and format, add it to your cart and enter your name and email address. For print editions, your phone number and shipping address are also required; for e-books, your phone number is optional.

4.2. Before submitting the order, you can review all details and correct any errors. If your order includes an e-book, you will be asked to confirm the statement set out in section 8.2.

4.3. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order. You are then redirected to the Robokassa payment page. The contract is concluded when your payment is successfully completed.

4.4. After payment you will receive an order confirmation by email. These Terms of Sale are available on this page at any time and can be saved or printed.

4.5. The contract may be concluded in English, Spanish, German, Arabic or Russian, depending on the version of the Website you use.

5. Prices and payment

5.1. Prices are shown in euros. [VAT INFORMATION]

5.2. Shipping costs for print editions are shown before you place your order: to Russia — [SHIPPING COST: RUSSIA], to other countries — [SHIPPING COST: INTERNATIONAL].

5.3. Payment is made by bank card through the Robokassa payment service (Robokassa LLC, Russia). You enter your card details on the Robokassa payment page; we do not receive them.

5.4. You pay in the currency of your card. If it differs from the euro, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge its own fees.

5.5. A receipt is sent to your email address after payment in accordance with Russian law.

6. E-books

6.1. The download link is sent automatically to the email address you provided, immediately after payment. The link is valid for [LINK VALIDITY].

6.2. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder and then write to info@nastasiarose.com — we will send the link again.

6.3. The e-book is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, publish or share the file or any part of it with third parties without the written permission of the copyright holder.

7. Shipping of print editions

7.1. Print editions are shipped to Russia and other countries by post or courier service within [DISPATCH TIME] after payment. Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination.

7.2. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

7.3. For deliveries outside Russia, any customs duties and import taxes required by the law of the destination country are payable by the recipient.

8. Right of withdrawal

8.1. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract for print editions within 14 days without giving any reason. Full details and a model withdrawal form are provided on the Payment, Shipping & Returns page.

8.2. For e-books, the right of withdrawal expires once the download link has been sent, provided that before placing your order you ticked the following statement: "I expressly agree that the e-book will be made available to me before the withdrawal period ends, and I acknowledge that I thereby lose my right of withdrawal." We will confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation email.

9. Defective products

If a print edition arrives damaged or defective, or an e-book file is corrupted or cannot be opened, please contact us at info@nastasiarose.com, ideally with a photo. You have the statutory rights for defective goods under the applicable law. We will cover the cost of returning a defective book.

10. Liability

We are liable in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

11. Applicable law and disputes

11.1. These Terms of Sale are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
