Payment

Prices are shown in euros. [VAT INFORMATION] You pay by bank card through the Robokassa payment service (Robokassa LLC, Russia). Your card details are entered on the Robokassa payment page — we never see them.

You pay in the currency of your card. If it is not the euro, your bank converts the amount at its own exchange rate and may charge a fee.

After payment, a receipt is sent to your email address.

E-books

The download link for your PDF e-book is sent to your email address automatically, immediately after payment. The link is valid for [LINK VALIDITY].

If the email does not arrive, please check your spam folder. If it is not there either, write to info@nastasiarose.com and we will send the link again.

Shipping of print editions

We ship print editions, including copies signed by the author, to Russia and other countries by post or courier service.

Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number.

For deliveries outside Russia, any customs duties and import taxes required by the law of the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Right of withdrawal for print editions

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, take physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Anastasia Olegovna Rozova, [ADDRESS], phone: [PHONE], email: info@nastasiarose.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us at [ADDRESS] without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

E-books: loss of the right of withdrawal

For e-books (PDF), which are not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have sent you the download link, provided that before placing your order you expressly agreed that the e-book would be made available to you before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm your consent and acknowledgement in the order confirmation email.

Defective products

If a print edition arrives damaged or defective, please write to info@nastasiarose.com, ideally with a photo. You have the statutory rights for defective goods; we will replace the book or refund you, and we will cover the cost of returning it. If an e-book file is corrupted or will not open, we will send you a working file or, if that is not possible, refund the price.
